Prepare the ingredients
Chop the chocolate
In a separate bowl: thin the cornflour with a little milk. Add the remaining milk and the cream
Pour into the bowl. Bring to the boil and whisk.
Add the chopped white chocolate.Whisk well to ensure a smooth texture.Add drained gelatine & mix well.
Ladle into glasses.
Chill for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Serve.
