  • - 2 Gelatine sheets (2 g) soaked in cold water
  • - 15 g Cornflour
  • - 330 ml Milk
  • - 110 ml Single cream
  • - 90 g White chocolate, chopped
  • - 4 Small glasses
  • Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients


    Chop the chocolate


    In a separate bowl: thin the cornflour with a little milk. Add the remaining milk and the cream


    Pour into the bowl. Bring to the boil and whisk.


    Add the chopped white chocolate.Whisk well to ensure a smooth texture.Add drained gelatine & mix well.


    Ladle into glasses.


    Chill for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Serve.
