Veal with Lemon and Oregano

  • - 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • - 4 pcs Thin veal steaks or schnitzels (120g)
  • - 200 ml Chicken stock
  • - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • - 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • - 1 tbsp Oregano leaves, chopped
  • - 12 pcs Cooked baby potatoes
  • - Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Pre-heat the pot and add oil. Brown the steaks for 1 minute each side in batches. Set aside.


    Add chicken stock, mustard, lemon juice and oregano leaves. Stir until sauce reduces.


    Return veal to pot to warm through.


    Season to taste and serve with baby potatoes. Enjoy!
