Traditional pannacotta

When the Autumn season is approaching and the nights draw in, it’s time to warm your belly with this Cook4Me recipe.   • - 150 ml milk
  • - 250 ml single cream
  • - 20 g sugar
  • - 50 g egg whites
  • - 2/3 vanilla pod, split open lengthways and scraped
  • - 4 x 140 ml ramekins
  • - 1 circle of baking paper to fit the pan
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Combined the egg whites, sugar and vanilla. Add the milk then the cream. Divide between the ramekins.


    Cover with cling film. Put the paper in the pan then add 200 ml water. Put the ramekins in the pan.


    Cooking time: 9 min.


    Pierce the film of each ramekin. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
