Prepare the ingredients.
Peel and cut the ginger into thin slices.Peel, degerm, and chop the garlic.
Peel and mince the shallot.
Wash and finely chop the fresh coriander.
Place all the ingredients, except the coriander and lime juice, in the pan. Add 100 ml water per person.
Cooking time: 1 minuteRemove ginger and lemon grass.
Serve, garnished with coriander and a splash of lime.
