Tom Yam Soup with Shrimp

  • - 30 raw shrimp, peeled
  • - 2 stalks of lemon grass, cut into 23 cm sections
  • - 8 thin slices of fresh ginger, peeled
  • - 4 small cherry tomatoes, washed and cut into 8
  • - 6 large button mushrooms, washed, peeled and thinly sliced
  • - 3 tbsp of nuoc mam sauce
  • - 2 garlic cloves, peeled with germ removed and chopped
  • - 2 small shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • - Fresh coriander, washed and chopped
  • - 1/2 lime, cut into quarters

    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Peel and cut the ginger into thin slices.Peel, degerm, and chop the garlic.


    Peel and mince the shallot.


    Wash and finely chop the fresh coriander.


    Place all the ingredients, except the coriander and lime juice, in the pan. Add 100 ml water per person.


    Cooking time: 1 minuteRemove ginger and lemon grass.


    Serve, garnished with coriander and a splash of lime.
