Prepare the ingredients.
Chop the fresh mint.
Mix the strawberries, sugar and mint. Transfer to pretty serving bowls. Keep in the refrigerator.
Pour the apple juice and unwhipped cream in the bowl. Add drained gelatine. Place the apple cubes on top in the steam basket.
Cooking time = 4 min.
Mix. Chill 3 hrs.
Fold in whipped cream. Chill 1 hr. Serve with strawberries.
