Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini

  • - 500 g of fresh tortellini, filled with cured ham
  • - 400 g of spinach leaves (frozen or chopped)
  • - 1/2 onion, peeled and thinly sliced (or thinly sliced, frozen)
  • - 200 g ricotta
  • - 4 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
  • - 200 ml of vegetable stock (or water)
  • - 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - Grated cheese (optional) as an accompaniment
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Pour the olive oil into the pot.


    Add the onion and brown lightly.


    Add the tortellini. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the stock. Add the spinach and ricotta without mixing.


    Cook under pressure : 2 min.


    Open. Stir. Set aside 5 min. Serve with the nuts and cheese.
