  • - 150 g of thinly sliced onion
  • - 600 g of thinly sliced chicken breast fillets
  • - 2.5 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
  • - 150 g of thinly sliced red pepper
  • - 150 ml of water
  • - 2 tsp of coriander chopped
  • - 4 cups of steamed rice
