  • - 900g of pork shoulder roast, cut into 4 or 6 large chunks
  • - 1 tbsp of chili powder (optional)
  • - 1 medium onion, sliced
  • - 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • - 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce
  • - 3 tbsp of water or beer

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Coat pork in chili powder (if using). Combine pork, onion and garlic in pot. Stir sauce with water or beer and pour over pork. Stir well.

    Pressure Cooking time: 45 min.

    Set meat aside; shred with two forks. Return meat to pot. Add some sauce to moisten (if needed). Serve!
