Prepare the ingredients.
Trim and slice the leek thin. Chop finely the parsley or dill.
Place all ingredients, except salmon into the pot. Place baking paper and salmon in steamer basket and place basket in the pot. Stir well to combine ingredients.
Pressure cooking time: 4 min.
Remove salmon. Strain cooking liquid and spoon it over the salmon. Sprinkle with parsley or dill. Enjoy!
