  • - 4 salmon fillets, 125 g each
  • - 1 cup of vegetable stock
  • - 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed and sliced thin
  • - 1/2 tsp of black peppercorns
  • - 1 leek, trimmed and sliced thin
  • - 1 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped parsley or dill
  • - 15cm Baking paper
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Trim and slice the leek thin. Chop finely the parsley or dill.


    Place all ingredients, except salmon into the pot. Place baking paper and salmon in steamer basket and place basket in the pot. Stir well to combine ingredients.


    Pressure cooking time: 4 min.


    Remove salmon. Strain cooking liquid and spoon it over the salmon. Sprinkle with parsley or dill. Enjoy!
