Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the orange supremes.
In a large bowl: Mix the eggs and sugar.Add the milk and a bit of zest. Place some caramel sauce in each of the ramekins.
Pour the mixture over the caramel. Cling film the ramekins. Put them into the pan on top of the greaseproof paper. Pour in 20 cl water.
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Chill for 12 hours. Turn out onto a plate with orange segments as decoration.
