  • - 4 chicken breast
  • - 4 tsp of sundried tomato paste
  • - 100 g of mozzarella, sliced
  • - 500 ml of tomato passata
  • - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • - 200 g of baby spinach leaves

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Cut a deep slit into the side of each chicken breast. Spread with tomato paste then top with mozzarella slices.

    Place tomato passata and crushed garlic into the bowl and stir to combine. Place chicken breasts on top.

    Remove chicken breasts. Stir in spinach leaves. Serve and enjoy!
