- 500 g spaghetti, cut in half or thirds
- 3 burger patties
- 3 handfuls of grated carrot
- 700 g tomato sauce with herbs
- 300 g cherry tomatoes, washed
- 700 ml water
- 6 unbroken egg yolks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the oil into the bowl.
Cook the meat, breaking it up as you cook. Add the carrots, tomatoes, sauce, water, salt and pepper. Mix.
Remove 3/4 of the sauce then add the spaghetti. Put the sauce back in. Mix and stir well to combine.
Pressure Cooking Time: 7 mins
Divide between plates. Put the egg yolks on top. Serve immediately while hot.
