    - 350 g long  grain rice

    - 600 g salmon fillet

    - 150 g red cabbage

    - 225 g frozen garden peas

    - 700  ml water

    - 3 tbsp fresh dill, washed and chopped

    - 6 lemons

    - 3 tbsp wasabi peas, crushed

    - 3 tbsp olive oil|Salt, pepper

    Prepare the  ingredients.

    Pour the oil into  the bowl.

    Brown the salmon  fillets, flaking them up as you cook.

    Add the rice, red  cabbage, water, peas and dill. Season then stir well to combine.

    Pressure Cooking  Time: 10 mins

    With your kids, add  the lemon juice. It turns the rice pink! Garnish with wasabi peas.
