  • - 150 g of finely diced carrot
  • - 75 g of finely chopped onion
  • - 300 g of tomato pasta sauce with onion and garlic
  • - 500 ml of vegetable stock
  • - 150 g of canned canellini beans (rinsed and drained weight)
  • - 1 tsp of sugar

    Finely dice the carrots (about 7 mm)


    Finely chop the onion.
