- 150 g raspberries, washed
- 2 tbsp water
- 50 g raspberry jam
- 250 g apples, peeled, diced and pips removed
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 0,25 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp chia seeds (5 g)
Prepare the ingredients.
Put the raspberries, jam and water in the bowl and cook, crushing the fruit as it cooks. Pour into glass jars. Chill in the fridge.
Place the diced apple, light brown sugar, turmeric, chia seeds and water in the bowl. Stir well to combine.
Pressure Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Puree the apple mixture. Divide between glass jars.
