- 1/4 cup of Golden syrup

- 1 cup Selfraising flour

- 85 g Softened butter

- 2 Eggs

- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

- 4 Ramekins 8cm (to steam)

- 300 ml of Water

- Baking paper (to cover)

- Aluminium Foil (to cover)

- 4 tsp of cream (to serve)

Instructions

Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

Prepare the ingredients.

Place 2 tsp syrup in greased 8 cm ramekins.Beat remaining ingredients together until well combined.

Spoon into dishes. Cover with aluminium paper. Place in steamer basket with 300 ml water.

Pressure cooking time : 20 min.

Serve with cream !
