Filet Mignon Pissaladiere

  • - 600 g of filet mignon cut into approx. 50 g chunks
  • - 60 g of anchovies
  • - 400 g of onions, thinly sliced
  • - 110 g of pitted black olives
  • - 100 ml of veal stock
  • - 1 bouquet garni
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • - 30 g of thick full creme fraiche
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Pour oil into pre-heated pan.


    Brown the filet mignon on all sides (in batches if necessary) and set aside. Saute the onions, olives and anchovies.


    Return the filet mignon into the pan. Add the bouquet garni, veal stock and cream.


    Cooking time: 4 minutes


    Season with salt and pepper and serve with shirataki or cauliflower rice.
