  • - 300 g dried farfalle
  • - 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • - 70 g whole almonds, chopped
  • - 40 g ground almonds
  • - 20 fresh basil leaves, washed and chopped
  • - 650 ml vegetable stock
  • - 150 g cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
  • - Salt, pepper
  • Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Put all the ingredients except the cherry tomatoes and the basil in the pan. Season with salt and pepper and mix.


    Cooking time: 7 min.


    Add the cherry tomatoes and the basil. Leave to rest for 1 minute and serve.
