Prepare the ingredients.
Peel and mince the onions.
Wash and finely chop the coriander.
Grate the ginger.
Mix the spices, almonds, yoghurt, ginger and chilli. Set to one side. Put the butter and onion in the pan.
Cook for 1 min. Add the meat. Brown on all sides, in batches if necessary. Add the marinade. Cook for 2 min.
Add the chopped coriander and serve with rice or naan bread.
