  • - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • - 2 stalk chive, washed & chopped
  • - 2 thin slice fresh root ginger
  • - 1 tsp medium curry powder
  • - 200 ml coconut milk
  • - 400 g frozen green peas
  • - 1 fresh mango, peeled & destoned & cut into sticks
  • - 20 raw fresh prawns, shelled (or thawed frozen prawns)
  • - salt, pepper
