Prepare the ingredients.
Chop the onion.Julienne garlic cloves
Pre-heat the pot and add oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Add chorizo and rice. Stir well. Add wine, stock and saffron. Stir well to combine.
Brown chicken for 6 minutes. Cook onion, red pepper and garlic for 2 minutes.
Pressure Cooking Time: 6 mins.
Season to taste. Serve with peas.
