Prepare the ingredients.
Chop the onion.Chop the garlic.Separate cauliflower into small florets.
Pre-heat the pot and add oil.
Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock, cauliflower, and curry powder. Stir well to combine.
Pressure Cooking Time: 10 min.
Puree soup. Add butter then season with salt & pepper. Garnish with chives.
