Prepare the ingredients.
Wash and cut the cauliflower florets in two.
Put the butter in the pan.
Melt the butter. Add the flour and mix. Add the cold milk and stir to thicken. Season.
Remove the mixture from the pan. Pour water into the pan, then put the cauliflower in the steamer basket. Put the eggs on top.
Cooking time: 8 min.
Put cauliflower, shelled eggs, bechamel and cheese in a dish. Grill and serve.
