  • - 800 g of diced beef pieces rolled in flour
  • - 150 ml of red wine
  • - 150 ml of beef stock
  • - 70 g of diced bacon
  • - 150 g of diced onions
  • - 200 g of mushrooms (sliced)
  • - 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • - Salt, pepper
  • - 40 g of Flour (to roll beef)
  • Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Slice the mushrooms.


    Finely slice the onion.


    Roll diced beef into flour and set aside.Add oil in the Cook4Me.Brown all ingredients apart from the liquids for 10 minutes. Stir well to combine.


    Add wine and beef stock. Stir well to combine.
