- 2 pieces of skinless black pudding
- 2 burger patties
- 300 g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 400 g tinned sweetcorn, drained
- 60 g butter
- 100 ml water
- 0,6 tsp turmeric
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp oil
Prepare the ingredients.
Prepare large ramekins or a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Pour the oil into the bowl. Cook the black pudding and burger patty, breaking up the meat to create an even mixture. Place in the dish.
Put the potatoes, butter, sweetcorn, turmeric and water in the bowl. Season then stir well to combine.
Pressure Cooking Time: 8 mins
Mash the vegetables and spread on top of the meat mixture.
Top with grated cheese. Brown in the oven.
