Banana and date pudding

When the Autumn season is approaching and the nights draw in, it’s time to warm your belly with this Cook4Me recipe.   • - 2 bananas, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • - 100 g white bread, crusts cut off and crumbled
  • - 200 ml milk
  • - 60 g honey
  • - 14 almonds, chopped
  • - 6 pitted dates, diced
  • - 4 tbsp plain yoghurt, to serve
  • - 4 ramekins
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    In a bowl, combine the banana, bread, almonds and dates.


    Heat the milk and honey. Pour over the first mixture. Stir well.


    Divide between the ramekins. Cover with cling film. Rinse the pan. Steam cook the puddings with 200 ml water.


    Cooking time: 15 minutes


    Serve warm or cold, covered with yoghurt.
