- 2 apples, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
- 20 g chia seeds
- 200 ml milk (cow’s or non-dairy milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Prepare the ingredients.
Place the apples in the steamer basket. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the chia seeds in a bowl.
Melt the honey in the milk. Bring to a boil. Pour onto the chia seeds and whisk.
Put 200 ml of water in the bowl and then add the basket with the apples.
Pressure Cooking Time: 6 mins
Whisk the seeds in the milk again. Divide into verrines. Garnish with apples.
