Prepare the ingredients.
Dice the potatoes. Mince the onions.
Pour the oil into the pot. Saute garlic, cumin, onions and tomatoes.
Add spinach and cook until softened. Set aside in a separate bowl and keep warm.
Put 200ml of water to the pot. Put the potatoes in the steam basket and then put inside the pot.
Pressure Cooking Time: 6 mins.
To serve, combine the spinach mixture and potatoes. Enjoy!
