  • - 400 g fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • - 800 g potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • - 1 onion(s), thinly sliced
  • - 2 tomato(es), diced
  • - 2/3 tsp ground coriander
  • - 2/3 tsp cumin seeds
  • - 2/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • - 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • - Salt and pepper
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Dice the potatoes. Mince the onions.


    Pour the oil into the pot. Saute garlic, cumin, onions and tomatoes.


    Add spinach and cook until softened. Set aside in a separate bowl and keep warm.


    Put 200ml of water to the pot. Put the potatoes in the steam basket and then put inside the pot.


    Pressure Cooking Time: 6 mins.


    To serve, combine the spinach mixture and potatoes. Enjoy!
