Almond and honey dessert

When the Autumn season is approaching and the nights draw in, it’s time to warm your belly with this Cook4Me recipe.   • - 450 g of unsweetened almond milk (organic shop)
  • - 2 gelatin sheets (2 g) softened in cold water
  • - 60 g of mandarin honey (or other)
  • - 10 g of corn starch thinned in a small amount of almond milk
  • - 60 g of almond puree (organic shop)
  • - 4 tbsp of praline
  • Instructions
    Just follow the step-by-step, too easy!

    Prepare the ingredients.


    Drain the gelatin. Put all of the ingredients into the pan.


    Bring to the boil and stir. Serve in pretty jars.


    Chill for 12 hours.Decorate with praline and serve.
